For example :-

Event manager can shout out the amount of item need to be exchange :-

Item to be hunt = Prices
300 steel = 10 silver coins
200 steel = 5 silver coins
100 steel = 2 silver coins

This is just an example. Yet, you can fixed the event period for this like 15mins? 20mins? or 30mins, it depend on event manager.
