1. Register an account.



2. Confirm your account on your emails.



3. Log in your account.



4. At the homepage of the site, click "Apply Here","New Topic".






5. Copy Paste and Answer the questions.



New members can't post External Links and Emails for 7Days. So I don't think you need to answer the email part.
- For the External Links such as Image codes/url. You can post your picture by the image host on the toolbar.

Have you tried those hosting tools?

You can upload it to any image hosting site and use the URL hosting tool, or direct upload it with the other hosting tool.

i had try it, it goes to imageshack and i copy the link and paste here.
Cant post as well.

On that hosting tool. There are 3 choices on how to post your picture.

The 1st one. Direct upload your picture by the first choice.
The 2nd one. Copy the direct link of the picture uploaded on any image hosting site and post it on the captcha that will popup after clicking the 2nd option.
The 3rd one. Copy the IMG code of the picture uploaded on any image hosting site and post it on the captcha that will popup after clicking the 3rd option.
